Who to Contact
The Hackspace is member run community, so for most things you'll want to speak to regular members via the forum or telegram. See our communication page for more information.
If you want to discuss something that is private in nature please see the below options.
Online Forms
We have a couple of online forms which are directed to the best placed volunteers:
Health & Saftey
E.g. Report a near miss, accident, broken tools, etc. please fill in this form which will be forwarded to the relevant team. This is the QR code link shown around the space.
Member Incident
E.g. Issues with other members, rule breaking, inappropriate behaviour .Please fill in this form which can only be seen by board members. If you wish to make a complaint about a member of the Board, you can find individual board member's contact information on the notice board in the space.
Board
Some issues may require contacting the board of directors, board@hacman.org.uk. This could include problems with payment processing or the members portal, as well as critical issues and emergencies. Please note,the board are volunteers and it may take up to 2 weeks to recieve a response.
